WHY DO I NEED A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

A Virtual Assistant can save you two of your most precious resources: time and money. As a business owner you should be focused on your products or services and growing your business, not worrying about day to day administrative chores.

A VA can take care of paperwork, create content, provide customer service, organize your inbox, make travel arrangements, proofread your blog, and manage your schedule.

CAN I CONNECT WITH MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

Phone calls or virtual meetings are always welcome and often can be the most effective way to get things done. I can use Facetime, Skype, or Google Hangouts to host a video call for an added personal touch, should you like.

WILL THERE BE A CONTRACT IN PLACE?

Once we agree to work together I will send you a Welcome Pack, detailing our working relationship and what has been agreed.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

Upon starting our business relationship, you will sign an agreement that protects you and the work I do for you.

All passwords and credit cards shared with your virtual assistant will be stored using Dashlane.  


Files will be saved in a cloud-based service such as Google Drive or Dropbox, so that access can be revoked if needed.


I understand that trust is crucial when hiring an assistant, and it’s my commitment to my clients to operate with the utmost care.

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

I am not confined to the usual 9-5 office hours and can tailor your contract to suit the scope of your project or requirement.
