ALL ABOUT LAUREN
(THAT'S ME!)

I will be your virtual assistant, planner, organizer and more!

I support small businesses and entrepreneurs by doing tasks they either don’t know how to do, don’t like doing, or don’t want to do so they're freed up to focus on their core business.

I believe in choosing the most efficient practices to ensure that processes run as smoothly as possible, have it be for an errand service or administrative support. 


Helping people is what I truly live for; I love connecting with others and having meaningful conversations. Owning my own business is so liberating, and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I’m supposed to be here, and I finally found my purpose.

Because I work remotely, I'm not confined to the usual 9-5 office hours and can tailor packages to suit the scope of your project or requirement - day and night, weekdays and weekends.


When I'm not assisting clients, I enjoy traveling, reading, hiking, trail riding and hanging out with dogs. I recently moved out to the Prairies (Manitoba), and am recently engaged.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

I have over a decade of administrative experience, as well as 4 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.

As a graduate from Niagara College for Office Administration in 2009, I have always known this was the career I wanted.

​

My professional experience includes  compiling official documents for many Insurance Restoration companies;  Providing project coordination support for several projects simultaneously including scheduling with in-house crews and sub-trades; creating and updating templates, procedural documents and protocols for companies; creating and formatting documents and graphics, and handling confidential and sensitive information on a daily basis.


Each project is unique in size, scope, and expected outcome, but I thrive on my ability to keep things on track. I always strive to go above and beyond for my clients. I am extremely dedicated to helping with any tasks needed to make your business run smoothly by providing both ad hoc tasks and ongoing admin support.


I pride myself on being approachable, self-starting and discreet, and my communication skills are second to none.
